The Brand Content Specialist will serve as a key contributor to Zipp’s digital communications strategy, driving rider-focused content that brings the brand to life across social media, email, web, and digital advertising. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller with a passion for cycling and a strong grasp of digital trends.
Manage and maintain daily digital communications for the Zipp brand.
Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms and digital communities.
Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for social media, email, and other digital channels.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
Create and update web content to support athlete stories, product launches, and industry partnerships.
Organize and repurpose photo and video assets for ongoing brand use.
Support paid social campaigns, including comment moderation and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with SRAM brands, athletes, and event teams to develop integrated content.
Travel to events to manage live social media and create on-site content.
Contribute to broader marketing strategies and initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field—or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Deep understanding of road cycling culture.
Proven copywriting and social media expertise.
Ability to travel up to 20%, including weekends.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours and attend events.
Ability to stand for extended periods, ride a bike for content creation, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary Range: $70,000 with consideration for up to a 40% increase depending on qualifications and experience.
