In Workday finance at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for Workday finance applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday finance applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
As part of the Workday Finance team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful finance initiatives. As a Director you are responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. This role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the future leaders, maintaining PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience
- Workday Financials Certification

What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred
- Workday Engagement Management/Project Management (EM/PM) certification
- Improving the delivery of finance services
- Implementing finance technologies
- Aligning finance strategy with business strategies
- Streamlining and standardizing finance policies and processes
- Managing complex Workday Financials implementations
- Improving efficiency in transaction processing and reporting
- Building and managing client relationships

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
