Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work  ON-SITE  with our client in  Rockford, TN . Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Maintain critical metals for the production process.
• Weld Iridium Crucibles to meet specifications.
• Cleaning metals using a media blaster.
• Pressing various metals to meet specs.
• Operation record keeping, maintaining accurate records of all processing steps on paper and in the database.
• Following the process, the Message Passing Interface (MPI) documentation, and safety procedures.
• Set up and weld all materials and piping using appropriate equipment and processes. 
• Perform all related operations such as acetylene cut, arc gouging, plasma cut, brazing, and soldering. 
• Preheat and relieve stress. 
• Heat treat parts, tools, and materials involving carbonizing, tempering, annealing, and stress relieving processes. 
• Prep, clean, and stress metal surfaces by grit blasting peening. 
• Chip, grind, and clean weldments; preserve as required. Assembly diaphragms and parts as needed. 
• Perform NDT (non-destructive testing).

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $24.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (12 Months ).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year  of  experience working in a product-oriented technical-industrial environment.
• Minimum 1 year of  experience with hand tools.
• Minimum 1 year of Welding experience.
• Minimum 1 year  of experience in working with Aluminum.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to weld various metals; Iridium, platinum, aluminum.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
