We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
Prepare, package, and label outgoing orders for shipment.
Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and warehouse transactions.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
Work closely with warehouse and logistics team members to meet daily deadlines.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift, move, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and inventory.
Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
