Job Title: Warehouse/Operations Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr. on W2

Schedule: 20 hours per week (Flexible 4-day work schedule, 5 hours/day, Monday–Friday; finalized at hire)

Summary of Position

This part-time role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse and shipping functions, including cleaning and disinfecting medical devices, inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and inventory management. All work must comply with GXP, Transportation, and Import/Export regulations.

Essential Functions

1. Prepare outbound shipments for internal and external customers (domestic and international), including boxing, palletizing, wrapping, strapping, and labeling.
2. Fulfill inventory requests and maintain par level stocking. Verify on-hand quantities, perform cycle counts, and reconcile batches. Report discrepancies to the Inventory Analyst.
3. Move and store inventory properly to maintain organization, reduce congestion, and segregate non-conforming inventory.
4. Complete required training on time and maintain up-to-date certifications.
5. Perform projects or tasks assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Skills/Competencies:

Organizational Relationships / Scope

• Reports directly to the Site Leader
• No direct reports

Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Requires walking, standing, bending, stooping, and repetitive motion for extended periods
