We are seeking to add a Data Entry Associate to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
The Data Entry Associate must be able to interact well with others, maintain discretion and confidentiality, have strong attention to detail and multitasking skills, and have proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications The Data Entry Associate must be able to interact well with others, maintain discretion and confidentiality, have strong attention to detail and multitasking skills, and have proven experience working in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or equivalent Previous Experience In Data Entry Or Other Related Fields Excellent typing skills Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Good command of English Responsibilities You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping Performs data entry processes into a database Performs assigned tasks and projects Processes special and recurring reports and administrative records Verifies and corrects information, codes, and account numbers as necessary Ensures complete and accurate data entries into the system Compares data entered with source documents and resolves system edits concerning invalid data by deleting incorrectly entered data, and re-entering correct data Makes copies of required documents.Needing help with a client in Englewood for every saturday and sunday 8am-6:30pm. Client has dementia, needs help with meal prep and light housekeeping. Most of her meals need to be pureed. She has high anxiety so she needs to be assured that things are going to be ok.
