Essential Duties
The following are the essential duties that I am expected to be able to perform considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skills, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility. Required essential duties include but are not limited to:

Job Qualifications and Requirements
The following is a list of job qualifications and requirements for the job.
Topic Qualifications and Requirements
Education Must be able to read, write and possess basic math skills.
Physical • Must be evaluated as normal on the Ishihara Test for Color-Deficiency.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and crawl
• Must be able to work in cramped areas
• Must be able to work with simple tools
• Must be able to stand at least six (6) hours of a eight (8) hour shift
• Must be able to stand at least ten (10) hours of a twelve (12) hour shift
Skills Must be a certified Mender
Experience Must have prior mending experience.
Responsibility Responsible for meeting the requirements for safety, quality,
productivity, efficiency and housekeeping.
Training • Required to complete at least one week of training to operate a loop machine.
• One additional week of training will be required for each of the other machine types.

• All training must be under supervision of qualified associate.
