You're curious, proactive, and ready to make an impact from day one - with the guidance and support of experienced IBM developers.Required Skills and Experience * Up to 1 year of professional or project experience in software development. * Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue). * Basic understanding of back-end development (Node.js, Java, Python, or SQL). * Experience using Git or similar version control tools. * Curiosity about cloud computing, containers, and modern software deployment practices. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Experience with cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure). * Familiarity with REST APIs and relational databases. * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, Cypress, Selenium, etc.). * Contributions to open-source or personal coding projects. * Understanding of Agile principles and collaborative development environments.
