As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll transform complex data into insights that help protect lives, improve member services, and drive responsible gun ownership awareness. Few analyst roles offer this level of tangible, socially relevant impact.
With access to platforms like Snowflake, Sigma, Tableau, and Python, you’ll work in a forward-thinking analytics environment. In this role, you’ll not only deliver high-quality analyses and dashboards but also mentor junior analysts, guide best practices, and shape how the business uses data to make smarter decisions. Your work will directly influence strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
You’ll collaborate with marketing, member services, sales, and executive leadership to define KPIs, develop reporting solutions, and uncover actionable insights. Your analyses will be used across the company, giving you high visibility and the opportunity to influence decisions at the highest level.

Target base salary range $75,000 - $100,000 based on experience. Eligible for company bonus plan.
