Position Overview:

The role of a Center Manager is to represent European Wax Center in a professional and consistent manner, while being a brand ambassador who upholds the company's core values. A Center Manager's primary goal is efficient management of the Center's day to day operations. In addition to delighting our guests, the Center Manager is responsible for the fluid operation behind the scenes as cheerleader, coach and go-to person for our associates. In this position, you will work with other Center Managers as a team and mutual support system. A Center Manager shapes the future of European Wax Center and supports our guests in feeling confident in their own skin.

Compensation:

$45,000 - 55,000 Annually

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce results consistent with monthly goals. Manage productive center shifts to ensure center meets and exceeds key performance objectives.
• Take ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover by sharing all best practices.
• Celebrate positive associate performance and partners with franchisees to identify performance opportunities for ongoing feedback and development.
• Maintain a presence through effective floor sales leadership.
• Recruit, interview, and hire and retain candidates.
• Coach associates for current and future career growth.
• Manage and adjust schedules and daily tasks to meet business goals.
• Ensure all areas of the Center are neat, clean, organized and operating to company standards.
• Meets or exceeds monthly budget targets for sales, cost of goods, labor, and administrative set by franchisees.
