We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, simple repairs, and helping our guests have a great vacation. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and enjoy learning new things, we would love for you to join our team!
What you’re great at:
Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures
Performing general repairs needed, such as but not limited to: painting, changing HVAC filters, basic electrical and plumbing, etc
Power washing and pool maintenance
Inspecting rooms to ensure they are guest ready
Helping guests with their TV, WIFI, and bringing them needed supplies
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience and abilities we are looking for:
Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.
Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them is preferred
Be able to work outside in all weather conditions
