The Registered Nurse - Float Pool will perform all aspects of direct patient care to include assessment, planning, evaluation and documentation. RN's will provide direct care based on the plan of care and established priorities. RN's will evaluate and document the patient and family response to nursing interventions related to the stated goals and the overall effectiveness of the care plan.
QualificationsNeeding help with a client in Englewood for every saturday and sunday 8am-6:30pm. Client has dementia, needs help with meal prep and light housekeeping. Most of her meals need to be pureed. She has high anxiety so she needs to be assured that things are going to be ok.
