Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized professional to serve as the central coordination point for multiple teams working on critical initiatives. This role requires an individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and excels at bringing structure to complex operations. You will be the vital link connecting diverse teams across different locations, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and progress toward shared objectives. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a talent for synthesizing information from various sources into clear, actionable insights for leadership. You will play a pivotal role in driving execution excellence while fostering collaboration across functional boundaries in support of our international expansion efforts. Responsibilities - Coordinate and facilitate communication among 15-20 different teams to ensure alignment and progress
- Develop and maintain comprehensive delivery schedules that account for dependencies and milestones across multiple workstreams
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep initiatives on track
- Assign responsibilities and set clear deadlines for deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Prepare detailed status reports and presentations for upper management summarizing progress, risks, and achievements
- Facilitate meetings with team members across different geographic locations to maintain momentum and clarity
- Manage task assignments and track completion to ensure accountability throughout the organization
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to optimize resource allocation and minimize conflicts
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of plans, decisions, and progress throughout project lifecycles
- Support teams in achieving their deliverables through active communication and problem-solving
Skills - Exceptional organizational abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in collaboration and project management tools including Slack, email platforms, Jira, and spreadsheet applications
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
- Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in high-pressure situations
- Analytical mindset with capability to synthesize information and create meaningful reports
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence across organizational boundaries
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities and requirements
- Attention to detail with commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting
Experience - 2-4 years of experience in coordination, operations, or related fields
- Previous experience working in fast-paced technology or innovation-driven environments
- Demonstrated success managing or coordinating work across multiple teams simultaneously
- Experience supporting international or geographically distributed teams
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
