(Licensing info: WA DOH Pharmacy Professions - Pharmacy Assistant) **Position Overview** **_As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will:_** - Work in an automated refill center to pack, sort, and ship prescription orders - Maintain consistent workflow to meet production goals - Follow all pharmacy regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and safety protocols - Demonstrate attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks - Collaborate with teammates in a high-energy, performance-driven environment **Key Responsibilities** - Process and prepare prescriptions for shipping - Fold and pack paperwork with medication orders - Sort prescriptions by store location into appropriate totes - Load completed orders for outbound delivery - Follow SOPs and uphold ICARE values - Report workflow or equipment issues to leadership **Job Requirements** - WA Pharmacy Assistant License (can apply after receiving an offer) - Ability to lift 20-25 lbs. - Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours - Ability to bend, twist, reach, and grasp repetitively - Strong attention to detail - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Thrive in a fast-paced production environment **Ready to Join a Best-in-Class Pharmacy Operations Team?** **_Apply today and take the next step in your healthcare career with Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences!_** Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
