Responsibilities

• Visit sites to provide paint estimation using PEP paint estimating software
• Estimate Accurately
• Utilize own vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Manage the sales flow for 10-15 customers per week
• Develop ongoing relationships with potential and existing clients
• Serve as a point of contact for customers
• Complete necessary administrative paperwork
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Attend weekly review meetings as scheduled and report into management
• Work as a team with other members of the 360 Painting staff

You Should Apply If You

• Know how to estimate and sell painting jobs (1 year minimum experience)
• Are confident walking job sites solo and speaking with GCs, or homeowners
• Understand prep, coverage, labor hours, materials, and finish schedules
• Are well-spoken, organized, and reliable
• Want full control of your time and income
• Are based in Colorado Springs (or nearby) and familiar with residential and commercial painting
