Job Description

Now hiring an Operations Administrator for a manufacturing company in Medina for 1 st shift.

Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm.

Possibility of 5-10 hours of overtime per week.

Weekly pay at $22 per hour.

The Operations Administrator supports the seamless execution of operational processes including field services, construction services, and technical services.

Job Duties:

  • Monitor and track active projects, ensuring accurate reconciliation of billing data.
  • Track invoices through the approval process, maintaining clear communication.
  • Verify data integrity in project and billing records, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in recruiting efforts, coordinating new employee onboarding processes.
  • Conduct detailed audits of timecards, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and tool inventories.
  • Provide administrative support for customer interactions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in operational or administrative roles.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools.
