Momentum Behavior Care is expanding and seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in the New York City area . We are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services that empower children and families to thrive.
Must currently live in the New York City area
Must hold an active BCBA certification
Must obtain and maintain a valid New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
Experience providing ABA services in home, community, or school settings
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Passion for helping clients reach their fullest potential
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians
Collect and analyze data to guide decision-making and progress
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain compliance with Momentum Behavior Care's policies and NYS regulations
