Salary: $35,000 - 52,000 per year Requirements:

• I prefer candidates who possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. I am looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in network administration or engineering, particularly within enterprise environments. You should hold at least a CCNA certification, with CCNP being preferable. A deep understanding of networking protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs is essential. Experience with SonicWall firewalls and hands-on familiarity with network monitoring, diagnostics, and management tools is required. I expect proven expertise in routing, switching, firewall configuration, and wireless networking, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• As a Network Administrator, I will task you with developing, deploying, and managing high-performance LAN/WAN/SAN infrastructures while seamlessly integrating secure wireless networking solutions for both corporate and remote locations. You will adhere to best practices to implement and update network security protocols to protect our company’s data, systems, and infrastructure from both internal and external threats, including compliance with PCI standards. I expect you to configure, maintain, and enhance network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to guarantee high availability, performance, and security. You will also lead network troubleshooting and incident response initiatives to swiftly resolve issues and minimize downtime across critical systems. Additionally, you will serve as a technical leader for infrastructure projects, which encompasses new store openings, network upgrades, and technology deployments, while developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of network configurations, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and policies. I want you to evaluate emerging networking technologies and tools to provide recommendations that improve network efficiency, security, and scalability.
