**Job Description:**
We’re seeking a Marketing & Administrative Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, manage communications, and drive creative projects that help scale the business. You’ll play a vital role in social media, scheduling, client communication, and systems management while ensuring a personal, heart-centered approach is maintained in all client interactions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage social media content and design using Canva.
• Help set up and maintain GHL (Go High Level).
• Create and design presentations.
• Manage calendars and scheduling.
• Manage emails and ensure timely communication.
• Support administrative tasks using Microsoft Suite.
• Assist in systematizing the client journey.
**Qualifications:**
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Suite, and GHL.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proactive and reliable, with a “get it done” attitude.
**Tools You Will Use:**

**Working Hours:**
• Part-Time (20 hours per week)
• 4 hours per day, 1PM – 3PM Brisbane time (flexible, may change in the future).
