What you will be doing as a Warehouse Supervisor, Cold Storage (Night Shift): - The Warehouse Supervisor, Cold Storage (Night Shift) carries out all customer service activities, as they are related to inbound and outbound order processing. Guiding all warehouse team members ensures that product is received and shipped in good saleable condition, meaning no opened or damaged cases, good quality pallets, and loaded onto carrier trailers that will support correct delivery. Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer items that are received, placed on hold by the customer, or warehouse operations and shipped. Determine reason that product is placed on hold by warehouse operations and drive efforts to discover missing inventory. Report to the Customer Service Coordinator, Warehouse Operations Manager, and Vice President of Operations or anyone else that may need to know when any request deviates from the norm.
What you need to land this awesome job: - Education: High School (GED)
- Bachelor’s degree Preferred
- 1 -3 years of leadership experience preferably in warehouse operations.
- Must be adept in use of Microsoft suite, Knowledge of software or personal computers.
- Must be willing to participate in company training programs.
- License or Certification: Forklift certification required
- Minimum Physical requirements:
- Light Lifting: Lifting under 20 pounds
- Able to stand between (2-4 hours)
- Consistently work in a warehouse with temperatures at 0 F.
- Moderate level of noise from forklift traffic and running evaporators and accurate vision for computer and office general requirements.

A day in life (but not limited to): - Exemplify all core values and guiding principles of RLS Logistics
- Work closely with Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to insure timely turns of all carriers.
- Maintain accuracy of receipts and shipments on inbound/outbound activity.
- Phone duties/ c lerical duties as required
- And all other duties as assigned by management

- Schedule: Monday - Friday , 4pm - 2am
- Pay: 60,000 – 75,000k (Based on behavior, performance & experience)
