Job Description Insight Global is seeking 4 skilled and analytical Capacity Managers to support the onboarding of new Global Markets Application Infrastructure Technologies (AITs) into an existing portfolio. This role is part of a newly formed team focused on expanding capacity support across Global Markets, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance across critical applications. Candidates need to be comfortable working in either Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX on a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote weekly. Key Responsibilities - Lead efforts in BVI and demand gathering, starting with existing data and expanding to new AIT creation. - Assist Global Markets Production Support Capacity owners in onboarding new AITs into the portfolio. - Review technical application documentation to identify potential capacity impacts. - Collaborate with production support teams to develop performance forecasts and capacity models for impacted components. - Analyze saturation test results and performance artifacts (e.g., AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, SAR/vmstat, application logs, Performance Center) to determine capacity thresholds and limits. - Provide consulting and support to production support teams on performance optimization and capacity planning. - Contribute to risk and regulatory management, applying generalist information security knowledge. - Ensure capacity strategies align with multi-data center scenarios, including overhead and failover planning.
