Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and shape the human resources strategy for our organization in San Diego, California. This individual will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving talent acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and a proven track record in HR leadership, compliance, and employee engagement. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, values, and long-term objectives. - Lead talent acquisition efforts by creating effective recruitment plans and overseeing onboarding processes. - Manage employee performance initiatives to enhance engagement, productivity, and career growth. - Oversee HR budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet organizational needs. - Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate HR perspectives into strategic decision-making. - Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion through targeted programs and training initiatives. - Establish and maintain HR policies that ensure operational efficiency and compliance with employment regulations. - Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management, with professionalism. - Design and deliver learning and development programs to build leadership capabilities and support workforce growth. - Champion organizational culture and facilitate change management efforts to support evolving business needs. Requirements - A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, including strategic planning and execution. - Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards. - Proficiency in HR tools and technologies, such as Bamboo or similar platforms. - Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate at the executive level. - Experience in designing and implementing diversity and inclusion programs. - Proven ability to manage budgets and lead HR teams effectively. - Adept at organizational development and change management strategies.
