Description Our company is seeking a talented Digital and Print Graphic Designer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This creative professional will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs for both digital and print platforms, playing a key role in shaping brand presence, marketing communications, and overall client experience. Key Responsibilities + Develop innovative visual concepts and deliver stunning layouts for web, social media, digital advertising, brochures, flyers, and print collateral + Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to execute design projects from concept to completion + Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and deliverables + Prepare print-ready files, communicate with print vendors, and oversee production processes to ensure quality output + Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines + Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to digital and print projects + Edit and retouch images, create original graphics, and ensure delivery of high-quality assets + Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that elevate brand storytelling Requirements Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) + At least 5 years of experience working with Figma or similar design tools. + Proficiency in Webmaster Tools for website performance monitoring. + Familiarity with Adobe Workfront for project management. + Thorough understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and prepress/production for print + Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print formats + Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills + Ability to multitask, work both independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple deadlines + Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with video editing tools is a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
