**Maintenance Technician Needed (Beverage Industry Preferred)** **Compensation: $30 - $40 an hour** **Job Description** The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment. + Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. + Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. + Collaborate with other team members to solve complex problems. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. + Adhere to safety protocols and regulations. **Work Environment:** + **Multiple Shifts:** 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts Available. + Manufacturing Environment. + Must be comfortable working in hot or cold room environments. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
