Job Description

We’re hiring an exceptional offshore Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to work directly with our founder across two dynamic ventures:

  1. A profitable, tech-enabled marketing agency (Amazon advertising + media tech)
  2. A mission-driven startup revolutionizing senior care

You’ll be a trusted second-in-command (2IC), wearing many hats — from operations and project management to calendar control, internal team follow-up, light client comms, and supporting company growth. This is a long-term, high-trust role for someone who lives and breathes structure, systems, and follow-through.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the founder’s right hand — owning operations and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Manage daily workflows: team task assignment, project timelines, due dates, and KPI tracking
  • Build, refine, and document SOPs, processes, checklists, and automations across tools and teams
  • Handle inbox and calendar management, meeting notes, and follow-ups
  • Represent the founder professionally via email and occasional calls
  • Monitor project dashboards and keep performance reporting up-to-date
  • Conduct research, find answers, and present options — be resourceful and proactive
  • Help with occasional content organization, copy editing, and basic design tasks

  • Executive Assistant to a founder or C-suite at a startup or marketing agency
  • Online Business Manager (OBM) managing operations across a remote team
  • Project Manager or Operations Lead with exposure to multiple tools and moving pieces
  • Agency Account Manager who understands client communication and internal coordination
  • Experience implementing and improving project management systems and processes
  • Has built reporting dashboards, tracked KPIs, and facilitated weekly ops cadences
