Snowat Ridge is seeking enthusiastic and alert individuals to join our attraction as Door Control Attendants . In this role, you’ll be responsible for controlling guest flow through our snow park, managing timed entries, ensuring guest and performer safety, and maintaining the joyful experience. This is a key front-line position that blends crowd management with Holly Joy!

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and warm greeting as they arrive at the park entrance.
• Manage the flow of visitors at the entry and exit points to maintain safety and avoid congestion.
• Provide information and directions to guests about park attractions, event schedules, and amenities.
• Maintain a welcoming and festive atmosphere, engaging with guests in a cheerful and positive manner.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and escalate to a supervisor if necessary.
• Monitor for any suspicious behavior or safety hazards and report to park security.
• Follow all safety and emergency procedures as directed by park management.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive and energetic personality with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods, regardless of winter weather conditions.
• Comfortable with crowd management and handling large groups of people.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for long hours in cold weather.
• Tolerance for working in winter conditions, including exposure to wind, or low temperatures.
