We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to support our growing IT infrastructure. You will be both hands on working directly on systems and equipment as well as informing the long-term IT strategy for the organization. **Your Impact** + Analyzing business requirements and recommend secure solutions by conducting application security reviews for current and future applications + Performing routine access reviews for employees, contractors, and consultants as well as Participating with the IT team on cross-functional projects + Conduct computer security incident response operations and own relationships with XDR and SEIM technology providers + Author and administer cybersecurity-related policies and develop / report on cybersecurity metrics on a regular cadence + Performing risk assessments and coordinating compliance with legal and regulatory processes **Your Experience and Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience or 3+ years of experience in IT + Experience working with or in publicly traded companies, or in a regulated industry + Servers and Cloud Providers: AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows server, Ubuntu/Amazon Linux + User endpoints: Windows, macOS, Linux + Security tooling: XDR, Malware Analysis, Identity/IAM, Firewalls **Your Benefits** + Attractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus scheme and reimbursement of commuting expenses + Balance of work, family, and free time due to flexible working opportunity + Private health insurance and dental services. + Employee Assistance Program including professional counselling, webinars, sports challenges, and newsletters **Your Compensation** This position will be within the range of $54,797 to $110,000, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 8% of compensation. **Your Workplace** You will work with your wonderful PTx colleagues from Onsite in Tremont IL We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
