We are excited to welcome a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to our life insurance team in a remote, full-time position. If you have a strong background in call center operations and customer service, particularly in de-escalation and efficiency, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls while providing exceptional customer support.
- Assist policyholders with inquiries regarding their life insurance coverage, payments, and policy details.
- Effectively de-escalate challenging situations while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Meet and exceed daily call answer quotas while ensuring quality interactions with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
- Work independently while staying aligned with our goals and service standards.
**Qualifications:**
- **Longevity in Previous Roles:** Demonstrated stability and commitment in past employment.
- **Call Center Experience:** Previous experience in a call center or similar high-volume customer service role.
- **Customer Service Skills:** Ability to provide clear, professional, and solution-focused assistance.
- **Strong Communication & Problem-Solving:** Capable of resolving customer concerns efficiently.
- **Self-Motivated:** Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote setting.
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
