The Role:

As a Disc Replay Team Member, you’ll be the face of our store. You'll help with both buying and selling products, offering recommendations, answering customer questions, and ensuring every customer has an awesome experience. Every day is different—you'll test products, price items, and get hands-on with the coolest gadgets and games.

• Deliver top-notch customer service—greet customers, help with inquiries, and ensure they leave with a smile.

• Work closely with your team to create a fun and productive work environment.
• Stay organized in a fast-paced setting, testing, and evaluating various products.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, positive attitude with a love for helping others.
• Customer service skills—retail experience is great, but we’re happy to train the right person!
• Ability to multitask in a busy, exciting environment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50lbs when needed.
