**About the Role**
We're looking for a versatile and creative Customer Experience Content Designer to join our team. This hybrid role blends technical writing, marketing content creation, and graphic design to support customer-facing digital products. You'll collaborate across product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver clear, engaging, and visually compelling content that helps users understand and engage with our solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Technical Writing**
+ Create and maintain help center articles, FAQs, and product documentation.
+ Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
+ Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and clarity.
**Customer Marketing Content**
+ Develop sales collateral, one-pagers, and presentation decks.
+ Write product messaging, feature highlights, and customer success stories.
+ Support customer communications content across multiple channels including email and in-app messaging.
+ Assist in developing video content
**Graphic Design**
+ Design visual assets incorporated into digital applications and knowledgebase content.
+ Create compelling presentations and documentation.
+ Ensure visual consistency across all customer-facing materials.
**Skills & Abilities**
+ Experience in content creation, technical writing, or graphic design.
+ Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
+ Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).
+ Familiarity with customer-facing documentation platforms (e.g., Document360).
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
+ Bonus: Experience with AI products, UX writing, or customer support content.
+ Understanding of user-centered design and content strategy.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
+ Basic HTML/CSS or CMS experience is a plus.
+ Comfortable working with data-driven insights to improve content effectiveness.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required Marketing, Communications or related field
+ Five (5) years or more Agency with B2C or B2B Clients writing / creating print, collateral, brochures, web, social, radio, video. preferred
+ Five (5) years or more Working Client side writing content for businesses, services and brand. Content for web, sales, print, collateral, social, radio, video. required
+ Five (5) years or more Working with subject matter experts to author/build and maintain a repository of high value, compelling content. required
+ Three (3) years or more Understanding of supply chain and logistics spanning warehouse and transportation. preferred
+ Five (5) years or more Project Management experience. required
+ Five (5) years or more This role requires effective writing skills and communication skills with a strong understanding of API style guide. required

**Compensation Information** :
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

$105,000.00
