This is a remote role, so you'll be working from home.

The Role:

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person to be the first point of contact for our customers. Whether it's helping someone book a service, answering a question about ants (or spiders, or wasps), or just making sure everything went smoothly after a visit—you'll be there to help.

You don't need pest control experience (we'll train you), but you should enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working as part of a team—even if we're all working from different zip codes.

What You'll Do:

• Answer calls, emails, and chats from customers
• Help schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Explain our services clearly and help people choose what they need
• Solve problems or escalate them when needed
• Follow up with customers to make sure they're happy
• Keep customer info and records up to date in our system
• Work closely with our technicians to coordinate service
• Share ideas and feedback to help us improve

What We're Looking For:

• Great communication skills—friendly, clear, and calm
• Able to stay organized and handle multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable with computers, software, and learning new tools
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Self-motivated and reliable, especially in a remote setting
