Over here at Clickable, we're all about creativity and making some of the best videos YouTube has to offer. From the lore-filled stories of our favorite childhood cartoons at JarToon, to the darker underbelly of civil society over on Ex-Cop. There's not a single niche we won't try our hand at. To continue the journey, we're looking for a creative mind to bring on-board as a partnered content strategist! Strategist Duties & Responsibilities :

• Develop or improve script strategies for solid video foundations
• Develop or improve visual strategies for the video editors to make the content come to life on screen
• Create Miro Boards that convey these new ideas in a digestible way
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings with the management team
• Develop new and exciting strategies centered around video quality and audience retention

Strategist Requirements :

• Have a Discord account. We work with people from all over the world, so Discord is our primary method of communication.
• Strong understanding of content writing skills and strategy.
• Knowledge about video editing principles and strategy.
• Superb active communication skills.
• Foundational understanding of viewer engagement.
• Self-starter
• Team-player, putting videos together is a team effort! The scriptwriters play a vital role in the team.

Money-Talk : $400 per channel, plus view/performance bonuses and potential equity ownership

Workload : In general, we'd be looking for about 8-16 Miro boards per channel over the course of a month as well as weekly meetings!
