Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete work, including forming, finishing, and paving. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects.
Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and other machinery relevant to concrete work.
Perform concrete finishing tasks to ensure a smooth and durable surface.
Engage in concrete pumping operations as needed for specific projects.
Build and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
Dig and prepare sites for concrete placement, ensuring proper depth and alignment.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient worksite.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on the construction site.
Bilingual a plus.
Requirements

Proven experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred.
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus.
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with tools and machinery.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong physical stamina; capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
Familiarity with construction site safety practices.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to concrete work.
