We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to join our mission-driven team and support impactful nonprofit campaigns through face-to-face community engagement and public outreach.
In this role, you’ll serve as the public representative for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations , helping educate, inspire, and mobilize community members around meaningful causes. This is an excellent opportunity for outgoing, socially conscious individuals looking to build a career in nonprofit outreach, grassroots organizing, fundraising, or community relations — no experience required . Paid training is provided.
Represent nonprofit partners at local community events , outreach locations, and public engagement sites
Start conversations with community members to raise awareness and encourage support
Clearly communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives
Collaborate with outreach team members to meet daily donor and engagement goals
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and outreach booth coordination
Track community interactions and gather feedback to improve campaign performance
Participate in training sessions and team meetings focused on advocacy, leadership, and communication
Strong communication and people skills with a friendly, engaging personality
Passion for social impact , humanitarian work, or community service
Professional, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with diverse groups
Able to work both independently and in a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
High school diploma or equivalent required — some college is a plus
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No previous outreach or fundraising experience needed — we provide full training
