Clinical Psychologist Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our growing behavioral health team in Louisiana, located near Monroe. Position Overview:

The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy for patients of varying ages and backgrounds. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and state guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities.
• Offer crisis intervention and support when necessary.

Qualifications:

• MFT (Marriage and Family Therapy) certification required.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or eligibility for licensure in Louisiana.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
