About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Durham team. This is a key leadership position that combines clinical oversight, team development, and strategic vision . You’ll guide and support BCBAs and RBTs, foster a culture of clinical integrity, and ensure every child receives care that’s individualized, ethical, and effective.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all clinical operations for the Durham clinic
  
• Create, review, and refine individualized ABA treatment plans
  
• Provide hands-on supervision, mentorship, and training to BCBAs and RBTs
  
• Monitor treatment data to assess client progress and guide decision-making
  
• Build strong relationships with families to align goals and support success
  
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, HIPAA, and AutismCOE protocols
  
• Support clinic operations and contribute to company-wide initiatives and growth
  

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (required)
  
• Active LBA license in NC (or eligibility to obtain)
  
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  
• Minimum 4-5 years of ABA experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role
  
• Proven ability to lead clinical teams with empathy, vision, and professionalism
  
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to individualized, ethical care
  
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
