Title: Business Consulting-SSO Consultant

Location: Florida (Remote)

Description:

• The SSO Consultant will play a critical role in supporting the migration of enterprise applications from the QSC Azure tenant to a new Azure tenant. This includes discovery, documentation, vendor coordination, and execution of the migration process while ensuring minimal user disruption.

Job Responsibilities:

Access & Discovery

• Collaborate with QSC to gain access to enterprise applications hosted in their Azure tenant.
• Document existing application configurations, membership (users, groups), and authentication settings.

Application Preparation

• Work with the internal team to share documentation and assist in provisioning new enterprise applications in the target Azure tenant.
• Identify and engage vendor-side application contacts, securing authorization with QSC to open cases and liaise directly with vendors.

Vendor Coordination

• Partner with application vendors to understand requirements for transitioning applications from QSC to the new tenant.
• Verify vendor-specific changes needed to facilitate the migration.

Communication & User Readiness

• Assist in drafting clear communications for impacted users, explaining changes in application access.
• Outline steps users must follow to transition smoothly to applications hosted in the new tenant.

Migration Execution

• Coordinate with QSC and vendors to plan and execute application migrations.
• Manage sequencing of migrations (individually or in batches), based on vendor timelines and dependencies.
• Ensure post-migration validation and issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Min. 7+years of experience into IT,
• Good experience in SSO, Azure
• Experience in migration of enterprise applications
