At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE), we’re shaping what ABA therapy should be: compassionate, ethical, family-centered, and clinician-supported. We’re seeking a Hybrid BCBA to join our Colonial Heights, VA clinic, combining remote flexibility with predictable onsite collaboration.
This role requires onsite visits once per month for 2–3 days to work directly with clients, caregivers, and your clinical team.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and trainees
• Provide caregiver coaching to support generalization at home
• Review treatment data and adjust programming as needed
• Lead team meetings that support collaboration and quality of care
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Uphold BACB ethical standards and AutismCOE clinical guidelines
What You’ll Bring
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder
• Strong communication, organization, and mentorship skills
