At T.R.A.C. , we’re a small, mission-driven in-home ABA company based in Michigan, dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care to our clients and their families - and we’re looking for the right behavior analyst to join our team in a hybrid capacity.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (under BCBA supervision if BCaBA).
• Provide supervision to RBTs and ongoing training to staff.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Monitor and adjust programs based on data and progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (depending on certification level).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working with families in their homes and via telehealth.
• Prior in-home ABA experience is a plus, but not required.
