Location: AMERICAN AIRLINES ADMIRALS CLUBS at Miami International Airport! What You’ll Do: As an Airport Lounge Wait Staff team member, you’ll serve as the face of hospitality in a premium airport lounge. You’ll ensure guests receive prompt, courteous service in a polished, professional setting. This is a high-touch, customer-facing role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests warmly; present menus and ensure a welcoming experience. Serve food and beverages following proper service etiquette and standards. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery and cleanliness. Maintain a clean and stocked work area; assist in food prep and storage when needed. Operate or assist with cash handling or payment systems as required. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines. Arrive on time and ready to contribute to a positive team culture. Support other duties as needed based on location and lounge needs. Who You Are: ~ Reliable, friendly, and enthusiastic about customer service. ~ Comfortable working in a hospitality or food service environment. ~ A team player who thrives in fast-paced, premium service settings. ~ Food handling/safety knowledge is a plus. ~0–1 years of related experience preferred (training provided).
