Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken and written).
Strong communication skills, including active listening.
Customer service experience (preferred but not required).
Computer literacy with attention to detail and quick, accurate data entry.
Calmness and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Needing help with a client in Englewood for every saturday and sunday 8am-6:30pm. Client has dementia, needs help with meal prep and light housekeeping. Most of her meals need to be pureed. She has high anxiety so she needs to be assured that things are going to be ok.
