Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Fort Collins, CO

Type: Contract
Compensation: $24 - $28 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours:  Part-Time. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 24 hours a week. Flexible hours. Can work either 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 7:00 AM-4:00 PM 

Accounts Payable Clerk Job Duties: 

• Process a high volume of invoices, including 3-way matching and PO invoice verification.
• Handle daily Accounts Payable activities including email correspondence, invoice entry, check runs, and approval routing.
• Maintain organized files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting related to accounts payable transactions.

Accounts Payable Job Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including working with PO invoices and 3-way matching.
• High School Diploma (HSD)or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with  Oracle EBS 12, NetSuite , or similar  large ERP systems .
• Proven ability to manage  high volumes of invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Exceptional  organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of emails and cross-functional collaboration.
